Our studio and BRU Coffee & Bar share the same premises on Siam Country Club Road. The real advantage is operational: we do not merely advise or design for clients, we run commercial ventures ourselves every day.

A worked example
BRU Direct Order and BRU Payroll both started as everyday problems in a busy café: taking orders without paying platform commission, and paying staff accurately each period. They were reviewed, built, then used inside a real hospitality business rather than sold as theory.
BRU is part of the OPEN / Hub ecosystem, so this is our own operating experience rather than an external client case study.

OPEN / 20 years
OPEN was founded in Pattaya in 2006 as OPEN Advertising, offering print and online design, marketing and advertising at a time when websites were just becoming essential for local businesses.
In 2016, on our 10th anniversary, OPEN Advertising became OPEN Design Studio, marking the shift from a traditional advertising agency to a modern creative studio focused on branding, web design and digital work.
In April 2022 we moved into our custom-built offices on Siam Country Club Road in East Pattaya, and as the work grew beyond design, the company became OPEN Business Hub Co., Ltd.
In 2026 the name became OPEN /, a structure that can hold specialist divisions while keeping one history and one way of working. OPEN Advertising, then OPEN Design Studio, now OPEN /. OPEN / Hub is the group, its history and its place. OPEN / Studio builds websites, branding, hosting and digital production. OPEN / Consult reviews how a business actually runs and improves the system behind it.
Around them sit the other businesses and brands in the ecosystem. Thai Business Help covers visas, work permits, company setup and accounting, with PattayaStaff.com handling verified local hiring, Visa Pattaya handling visa applications and Pattaya Legal Service covering business support and translation. The proximity is practical: teams, clients and our own operating businesses cross paths every day, which is usually how the useful conversations start.
